A pig sloth evolved into a sloth monkey evolved into a pig gorilla makes sense to me. slaking and slakoth both have the ability truant which makes them incredibly frustrating these monkeys/sloths are so lazy.

Overall Slaking actually has the highest stats for any non legendary pokemon including an epicly powerful attack stat meaning giga impact from this beast will hurt, the only problem with it is that it has truant. Vigoroth is the only one in the evolution line that acts completely opposite from the others running in circles everyday.

All three pokemon were introduced in gen 3.
