Thakkrad was once a revered leader in the Barbarian ranks and showed his enemies no mercy (hence the title "Merciless") but to his soldiers and kin, Thakkrad was a caring person and swore to protect his people from anything that dared threaten them.
During a battle in his home of Novgorod, Thakkrad lost everything... His family was in the lower section of the city when the invaders attacked, The enemies bombarded that section with catapults until nothing but rubble and disfigured bodies were left... After this, Thakkrad lost all emotion he once had and now proceeds to dominate this continent.
This description was all from the top of my head so it was a pain to write.

It’s a pretty basic design for my stickfigure but I’m unable to do details as good as others
it’s not bad as it is
but small things, to make the limbs look less like a stickfigure, would go a long way
I drew this edit in like 5 seconds but you get the idea:
just some extra segments on the arm/legs to make it look a little bulky makes him look less like a stick dude and more MERCILESS ya know
