This is Miss Moneko. I'll try to keep this description quick.

After beating Empire of Cats Ch. 1 in The Battle Cats, you unlock Moneko, who I'm still yet to make. Anyway, evolve Moneko at level 10 and she becomes Miss Moneko, the one in this pack.

Pros:
Is a critical hitter.
Good health and attack power for her cost.
Cheap price.
Cons:
Slow attack speed.
Slow movement speed.
Long recharge time.

Strategy/usage
Miss Moneko is slow and has short ranged attacks. Because of this, she'll be inefficient in most of the stages where her 15% chance of critical is needed.

Miss Moneko can be a great meatshield at the start, because she has a lower cost and a higher tolerance for pain from enemy powerhouses like Le'Boin than Tank Cat or its evolution line. However bare in mind that those have a WAY faster production speed, so using her as a meatshield is a less desirable option.

But later in mid-game she becomes pretty much useless.
