Ichimatsu Matsuno is a character from the anime series Osomatsu-kun and Osomatsu-san. He is one of the protagonists of the series.

Personality:
Ichimatsu is an unmotivated, melancholic loner who seems to have depression. He has affinity for cats and mostly joins their business rather than people.

Despite that he has depression, he still smiles.

Description:
He is the fourth son of the Matsuno Brothers.
To identify him, he has droopy eyes, hunchedback and ruffled hair.

Note:
The Ichimatsu leg (formal) is in a wrong size, you need to increase its size to 0.90 then join it to Ichimatsu (formal)'s leg, then decrease/increase the size to which you want.

ESP Kitty (the cat on Ichimatsu's head in the thumbnail) is not included here.
he is a cat that can reveal the truth, which means you cant lie in front of it (I will soon add him)
