This is Axl, junior maverick hunter, he can copy the DNA of other reploids somehow idk, I haven't played megaman x 7 or 8, or any that features Axl and 3d graphics, anyway, since he can copy the dna of other reploids, he can transform into the reploids whose DNA he copied
