The Insurgency was formed by the SCP Foundation to perform illegal activities in secret while maintaining the foundation's reputation.

This "Black Op" team split off from the foundation, and attacked a few foundation facilities, stealing contained anomalies. The reason behind this is unknown, but the most probable reason is greed, and a thirst for power. They use SCPs as weapons, some of them succeeding, some failing. They are an antagonistic force to the foundation. They are lead by someone only known as the Delta Command.

Not much is known about them except for that they are at the top of the chaos food chain. To this day, the CI remains an antagonistic force to the foundation, still trying to steal SCPs for personal gain.

This is a doozy, 2 scp submissions in 1 day. I took alot of design inspiration from a picture for this 1 cause there was actually good inspiration.
