This is the monstrous mech that killed Godzilla in 1993, but was later killed BY Godzilla after being revived by Fire Rodan.

Super Mechagodzilla can be turned into Mechagodzilla 2 by simply removing Garuda from the joint on his spike (but you might have known that already).
