This is Russel from the Plastic Beach album.

He ate toxic waste and grew 100 times his size. (Not to scale due to posing problems)
I forgot to mention.. the band kinda went their separate ways..(again, hard to explain)

Russel is also lost at sea.
Meanwhile again, Murdoc replaced him with sound effects...

The story might make more sense when the others are posted.
