In TOLAS, Gohan never stopped training due to the threats that keep coming.
He achieved his God Levels and surpassed Goku and Vegeta in their SSBE and SSBKKx20 forms with just his SSB.
As of right now he is learning how to achieve both of these forms so he can combine them.

I would also like to clear up that this is like a 18-25 yr old Gohan. Hes in that range
I like the colors and body shape, I could believe this could be canon in Dragon Ball, Great Fig.
