So, another new version! Not many new features in this one (read: none). Instead, this contains two fixes for common issues with undo/redo. Also notable, this is the first time in a long while that all markets are currently on the same page, this includes Google Play, the App Store, Amazon, SlideMe, and Opera – they all are hosting 1.3.0 of Stick Nodes! Pretty neat, huh?
As of this update, I seem to have the bugs under control. Of course, I’ll need a few days to gather analytics from all platforms to see what’s what. In the meantime, I’ll keep watching all of your comments and stickfigure submissions, keep them coming!
Keep watch here, the Facebook page, the Google+ page, or my Twitter for future news and updates!

This is the most awesome news I’ve heard all morning!
Anyway, that animation you’ve been teasing secretly in your recent posts, I desperately want to see it.. like, right now!
It looks seriously Epiconion! It’s off the Epicter Scale
Lol, I’m just going to eventually release it screenshot by screenshot.
Rofl, so I’ll just have to imagine what it currently looks like huh? Damn.. Well I’ve probably already got a good mental animation of it going on right now anyway
Sean has many regrets.
hey i was wondering if there is a way that you could make it possible for stick nodes users to use their multi colored sticks on pivot. like in the next update or something.
Hey Stephen. I didn’t know Pivot had multi-colored segments? I’m pretty certain that any version of Pivot under 3.0 doesn’t have them anyway.
Since Stick Nodes is only compatible with stickfigures made with Pivot 2.2.7 and earlier (as per request from Peter Bone) I don’t see this functionality coming any time soon, sorry.
After re-reading your comment, are you talking about using Stick Nodes stickfigures in Pivot? Either way, that’s sadly impossible, sorry. Pivot just expects different data when reading .stk files that .nodes files don’t have.
ALSO can you please hurry with the text update? hahaha i imported all my old sticks from pivot and have some awesome ideas that involve text. thank you!
You keep making me the bad guy here having to shoot down all of your hopes and dreams… But like I said last time I was talking about this, while adding text has potential to make it into this version of Stick Nodes, it’s not going to happen in the near future due to time restraints. Maybe in the future or maybe in the potential “Stick Nodes 2.0” if it ever gets made.
Is there any way to delete stick figures you created or imported? If not can you create a way because I have a lot that I remade and do not want the old versions of the sticks. And this is a shot in the dark but is there a way to organize your stick characters say if you have a lot?
Hi Stephen, there is a way to delete the ones in your library, just use your computer or third-party file exploring app (android only) and just delete those files from the Stick Nodes/stickfigures folder
As for the organization, no unfortunately not at the moment anyway, it’s all done in alphabetical & alphanumerical order. As I’m not Ralph I cannot say if this will ever change in the future.
Hope I helped!
I actually have a iPad. Is there any way to do it on that?
Only if you have access to a computer as-well unfortunately, Apple doesn’t like giving people access to their own files easily for some reason
Hey Stephen.
Yeah, like Sean said, the stickfigures are listed in alphabetical order and that’s pretty much how it is going to stay for the foreseeable future.
Anyway, are you talking about removing stickfigures from your imported list in the app? If that’s the case, that’s also not possible at the moment. It’s because of the way the app saves project files, it relies on the library staying intact. This actually might be able to be modified in a future update, however.
I figured out how to down load all stick figures but the app is starting to run slow..
Hey franklin, glad to hear you have it working.
Downloading/importing stickfigures shouldn’t make the app slow. What device do you have exactly (model and whatnot). Also, how many frames do you have in your project. A large number of frames (with a large number of stickfigures per frame) can slow things down.
I’m trying to take stick nodes ( dragon ball ) off my PCs and into iTunes ………. Please someone help lol xx
Hey Chrissy.
I don’t personally use iOS devices/iTunes, so I’m just going from memory here.
You’ll need to first save the file(s) to your computer, it sounds like you did that already.
Now connect your device and open iTunes.
Go to the “Apps” tab in iTunes. Scroll down to the “File Sharing” section.
On the left, find “Stick Nodes” (or “Stick Nodes Pro” if you have it). Click it. On the right, you’ll see a list of files.
Click the “Add” button and add the stickfigure file(s) you downloaded to the list.
Then just open up the app and click “Import stickfigure” and the new file(s) should be there.
How do I get the 1.3.0 version
