These are the U-Foes they arent really well known but they're hulk villains.

Vector I think he has magneto like power but way weaker.
Vapor can become any type of gas. Ironclad is just made of metal.
X-Ray can emit any type of ray.

Their team name came from who knows where some times its based off the word UFO sometimes its just there name kind of an old fig
