Often abbreviated to Uratio, the Ultima Ratio, a French sniper rifle, boasting world-class performance and is intended as a competitor to the Arctic Warfare and TRG, in the french army, it is used as an anti-materiel rifle, but used rarely since it's bigger brother is more suited for anti-materiel ( Hecate II )

It is not commonly seen in games ( the only game with the Uratio that I know of is Critical Ops, basically CS:GO but better ) nor in real life ( search up Ultima Ratio and you'll get not much results, search up Uratio and it brings a bit more result but otherwise it's not well-known )

Ultima Ratio means " Final Argument " in Latin, it comes from the words engraved in Louis XIV's cannons ( Ultima Ratio Regum = Final Argument of the Kings )

it fires the same 7.62 as the SVDS yet the SVDS is considered a DMR ( NATO and their confusing definitions I swear... )

Uratio is considered statistically as the most accurate sniper rifle in the world, it hits target more consistently on average than it's competitors, TRG and Arctic Warfare, while technically, the AWM holds the record for the longest recorded kill at 2km and some instances of it being accurate even beyond it's recommended range, the Uratio hits more accurately on average anyways
