Yes there are others, for Oblansk we have: RBBM 6a2 MBT ; BPTM12 IFV ; SSG-155 SPG ; SPUNP-35 SPAA.
"Is this going to be the only nation ?"
No, but it may be the only nation with camos since it's a pain to make.

its cool but the camo pattern looks kinda weird on infantry, I dunno how to fix this but its still good better than anything I can do
What I would add or fix is mostly the helmet, it looks really kinda strange and I think you should inspire from a MICH helmet or anything like that with a rail and a cover on it, i like the style of the vest too but I think it is something you can improve, since oblansk is inspired by russia, then I guess it wouldnt be hard to inspire from their bodyarmor and the vest I suppose
