The mimic, otherwise known as trucidatem carnis, is the most viscious predator in vita carnis, an analoge horror by darian quilloy. It feasts on solely human flesh, and is highly advanced at killing it's target, waiting for days to find it in a vulnerable position. It resembles a large, humanoid figure with an unnatural smile and a red flesh making up it's body, and replacing it's skin.
