The MS-07B Gouf was a Ground-based Close-Combat Mobile Suit produced by the Principality of Zeon during the One-Year-War to help advance the Earth Invasion in their favor.
First piloted by Ramba Ral during his pursuit of the SCV-70 White Base, the Goufs Heat Rod and 75mm Machine Guns gave it an advantage over the Guncannon and Guntank, which had little to no Melee options.
The Gouf was later mass produced and reduced to cannon fodder
