I can see why you’d think that but I think the problem with our society / world is everyone wants to be diagnosed for peace of mind, everyone wants a label on who and what they are so they just accept it and some go as far as to hunt for signs to show that.

We don’t account for the fact that in our heads is such a complex piece of flesh and other random crap that even if we see something once or for a few seconds it can practically shape the way we think for an entire day or our entire lives. We are in many ways, malleable therefore choosing something as drastic as a mental health problem or diagnosis can be often lacklustre or just blatantly non-sensical.

Just live your life, look at different things and be reasonable with it, view it as a last resort assumption rather than an up-front answer from little information. I say this not just for trying to be reasonable and having what could be considered a good point, but instead just for the sake of your own mental well-being.

Some people believe they are bipolar but in actuality they are just stressed sometimes and they can act irrationally, potentially dangerously, I’m not a neuroscientist or a psychologist but in most cases neither are most people.
