Been having some thoughts, and I’m kinda getting a little worried since it feels like it’s getting worse.
Im starting to have trouble remembering things, there’s plenty of theories to why I’m having such a terrible memory right now but I’m not too 100% sure if it’s the case.
Today I learned that an addiction can give someone memory loss, I could be wrong but hey that’s what I learned. I think this addiction problem is the cuase of my trouble in remembering things, what’s the thing I’m addicted with? Drinking any sorts of energy drink or caffeine drink, yknow those soda cans that comes from boxes? Yeah I’ve been drinking them from 1-3 cans almost everyday.
This continued for the past few months, maybe even 2 or 3 years, which I’m aware of how unhealthy it is. But I can’t seem to stop myself from drinking it, it’s right there infront of me and I love the taste of the drinks. I don’t know if this caffeine addiction is the cause of my memory problem, but Its starting to get worse as I forgot about something a week ago.
Why am I saying this? Because I need help, I know this is probably a bad place to talk about it, but you guys have been helping me out whenever I have a problem which I really appreciate, but anyways, I don’t know what to do.
I’m afraid of what might happen next if I tell this to my parents, they’re already stressed out from work and everything else, I dont want to add more to it.
I’m thinking of speaking to my councilor about it, she helped me gain confidence and I really felt safe. But then again I’m worried if she calls my parents or tell them about it.








Sounds like something I had awhile ago. If your going drink any of those drinks don’t get the canned ones get the small bottles. If this worsens go to the doctor they will help. I suggest you tell your parents at a good time.
Put yourself on a water diet and refrain from purchasing those energy drinks. Try concentration exercises or mundane activities like doodling and put your focus into those. I’m not a doctor so don’t take this as like the actual remedy, try conferring with your healthcare provider and/or parents to see how they can help,
