I recommend on the backflip making the stickfigure overlap the other one, and the effects on rough animator if you want quality ones, just saying

in general, you don’t want to move just 1 limb, it makes the stickfigure look static-y
around the middle where the stickfigure on right right picks up the guy on the left and flips him, you only move his torso as he bends down
makes it look like a robot
