It says that I can get sounds on the free version, but everywhere else says that it’s not possible.

It’s saying you can export your animation and then take the GIF/MP4 and use a secondary program (not Stick Nodes) to import it, and add sounds.
So…um.
Oh, well that would have been a little helpful BEFORE! Also, pardon my stupidity, excuse me while I go shoot myself in the ear-hole.
