Its free, has a color pallete with over 10000, yes, litteraly over 10000 colors, a large variety of brushes (alot are payed, but you can use them for free if you watch an ad), the ability to edit pictures, make a speed paint without having to record anything, has simple canvas settings, ability to turn pen pressure on or off (for stylus/apple pen users), and other stuff im forgetting.

Its a big upgrade from what your using now, from what ive seen.

The only problem with it is that it has a “unique” interrface, and can take a while to get used to if your switching from a different art program to this.
