I’d recommend to just change what the guy in shadow is doing since it looks weird. Lower his arm to a different part of the body and make his fingers looks like they’re actually tickling. Use a reference or something to know what it looks like, it just looks like he points to his “nipple” then rubs it.
It doesn’t really matter if he’s factually not rubbing his nipple, regardless it looks like that to pretty much everybody and that’s a problem. Telling them he’s not doesn’t change much.
