Okay so, I have noticed I am a bit over weight. I’m starting to get a bit fat and big. This has been weighing on my mind for a while, I’ve been thinking on dieting and working out. I’ve been telling my parents about this and now my dad is going to wake me up 3 days a week at 3:00 in the morning. Take me to the gym, and workout until 6:00 AM. So yeah, I might not be as active on the site as I used to. But I can still do logs and other stuff so yeah.

Day 2
February 3rd, 2056
The Day After…
As the sun rises over the burning world, the smell of rotting flesh filled the air. With a hand full of survivors in every city, those survivors started teaming up with each other to try and beat the bots. What they did with their time was they burned all the bodies for a while. But they got some unwanted attention, the robots saw the smoke and ash so went to investigate. Out of every city the one we are focusing on is name Azhao (pronounced: Uh-Zah-Hoe) City. All the people here took cover as TATs walked through the city. They lost about out a dozen people because of their bad hiding skills.

February 2nd, 2056On February 2nd, 2056. The world fell apart, the first TATs were released in the hope to defeat Dominate Force’s enemy, Radiance. Although it was a good idea, they had no fucking idea what they were doing! Dominate Force let the robots walk through cities thinking that the robots knew the difference between the good guys and the bad guys. But no the robots shot at every human they saw, even the children. No one was safe! And above all the destruction and carnage, was the robots. The so called “Saviors” no more…

TAT - 187
The TAT (Tactical Assault Tank) 187 is one of the first robots designed by Dominate Force. This metal giant standing at near 10 feat tall is definitely a threat. With an automatic rifle mounted on the top of it’s armor that packs a heavy punch, is responsible for most of the casualties in Dominate Force. It’s armor is made of reinforced steel, lithium, and Lead. It has a mono-yellow tint to it’s armor, the paint on it’s armor can be removed revealing it’s Grey metal.Weakpoints

Get on that grind 💪
Jokes aside, good luck, good that you’re trying to improve yourself, keep it up!
That’s really good, what I find with any training however is don’t let the scene of it or your ego get the best of you.
Waking up at 3am, training for 3 hours etc sounds epic but realistically is very difficult and most gym sessions shouldn’t surpass around 90 minutes to 120 minutes. If you mix cardio, weight-lifting both heavy and light you can cram for 90 minutes but even then if you’re a beginner start with learning things, try exercise routines, just experiment and try and master the form and technique of the lifts, exercises and more.
I won’t talk your ear off too much now but if you ever need advice I have a wide source of information and more that I have accumulated from my 4 years in training, I’ve done different things all throughout from martial arts, to calisthenics, to cardio, to weight, to functional training yada yada yada. There’s a lot to learn with training and more and getting your information where you can is very important, try not to favour one type of training or one idea. Like I said, try and do different things but most importantly pace yourself, stay consistent, persevere and try and understand what you’re doing and how it works.
Good luck
a prime weight for an ekitten
I have been in your place dude, I wasn’t really overweight, I was just weak. I took awhile to get the motivation but I know it’s possible for you to get on the grind. I’m proud of you bro, I hope to see that you do well in the future
Thanks NARR,
“Weighing” on my mind. All jokes aside, good luck on your journey my guy.
Just take a soul shattering dump for an hour and a half and you’ll be skin and bones.
