Apart from the GIF quality reduction, there could be a little more usage of inbetween frames for easing, rather than just pose-to-pose. And maybe fix up the pacing a bit. Not bad tho, has potential.

gif framerates can only be some particular multiple and i forget which, so its usually never exactly “30fps” or whatever it is in-app or in video
