@ralph Im sure u get TONNES upon TONNES of these mentions and im sorry for taking some of your time but here is a list for next update after this ‘One Stretchy Boi’ update:
-Stickfigure costumes (the idea of having one main stickfigure and having other stickfigures inside of that, for example; fire pack, it would have each frame by frame of fire except named under ‘Fire’) this idea would be really helpful.
-more fonts
-auto gradients, so you set one first positioning node and the last, select the colour and enable auto gradient so it would look smoother for the gradients it works like the stickfigure branch tool
-creatable files for your stickfigures when you import them so like, DBZ file would allow you to store dbz stickfigures in there (this would make it look less clutered and user-friendly
-An option to create a thumbnail or something for these stickfigure imports filesAnd thats about it, thank you for your time and lemme know if you ever need ideas 4 next update I got you covered, and also feel free to ask what any of these ideas actually are and what they do
👍😀👍
This is you when you add these things 4 stick nodes ->🤑

or maybe we can just get smart stretch on iOS
and what we really need is layers
Add the favorite section in the import library.
Well if you have folders than you will be able to do that yourself
Adding custom thumbnail will only end up in stick folder being 600x larger
I meant like a colour or something simple so it wont be as crowded I see what u mean though
lol @ costumes idea that literally someone new suggests once a week
what fonts
I’m open to adding more but idk what people want
gradient thing too complex 1) for me to figure out 2) for such a simple UI/app
would be useful
a SN PC thing if anything
wot
rip to everyone with 500 stickfigures in their import list and their device struggling to suddenly have to render all of them in a timely fashion

sorry 4 rekting you
Lol
Well if people where trying to get 500 stickfigures or something than put a warning on it like you do for when creating animations like, its not recommended you use more than 1000 frames. Also I dont know if you understand this Smart gradient thing or not because it seems pretty ez 2 do considering you made a smart-stretch feature which sounds really complex and cool. Here is an in depth explanation:
One beginning node is orange the ending node is red, there are 3 nodes but the one in the middle doesnt really match up with the other gradients (so the red to a redish orange colour to orange with a yellowish colour) so you use smart gradient which makes the colours look better in the middle and so you dont have to spend ages trying to get that right mixed colour, or you could just make a colour-mixing tool, this would be EXTREMELY helpful.
These are big asks but, than again demands need to be made, no pressure or anything but whenether these ideas get acknowledge but not implemented its kind of annoying (no offense).
You said it yourself, nearly everyday people ask about the costumes ideas yet still no news on that, than again the update only just came out for android but please could you take into account some of these ideas as I think would really improve Stick Nodes in being a REALLY good stickfigure animating app
As much as Stick Nodes is only a ‘simple UI app’, it could be so much more…
@ralph thank you for your time.
no I get the idea of the gradients, coding it is a different story…
as for the costumes thing, I didn’t go in depth because like I said, it’s asked (in a different way lmao) once a week, and I respond that what you’re asking for is “MovieClip” functionality (from Flash)
it’s a very useful animation tool, a movie in a movie, a submovie
and I’ve hinted that I intend to bring it to SN eventually
it’s a huge task, it’s not as easy as you think to add things like that, complex gradients, etc it’s not like I just sit down and press a few buttons
lots of thinking and figuring out stuff
Understandable have a nice day lol
No seriously tho I respect that ✊
