I had to resubmit my entry, since I wasn’t able to go back and edit the poll
I hope that doesn’t cause any issues -

I guess I\’m that 2% then. I wouldn\’t be very happy about someone using my design to their own ends.

Yeah, pretty much. That sounds wrong, so I probably just answered my own question

So, let\’s say you submit an entry but the figure present wasn\’t made by you, but you own the OC. What then?
-
So like, using a remake made by somebody else?

If I were you I would just check with the person who made said remake to see if you can use it. If they give their consent i would presume that it would be okay to use.

It’s all about consent in which 98% of everyone who remakes someone’s OC would more then likely not give a shit about that design remake being used

then I guess nobody can stop you.
If you want to remake that someone else’s OC then sure.
If you don’t want It to be used in a specific way like the splash screen then they’ll have to just respect that decision.

I have same issue with @jack‘s fig lmao. I ended up using splash screen as an excuse for myself to finally work on the rework.

I don’t think it should count, it’s a still image of someone else’s work that you repositioned.
-
oh yeah @lighterstudios15 @anomalyalt15 is this ok cause i used your remake

Replying to:
Of course, it’s a remake for fucks sake
The character isn’t mine, so the remake technically isn’t either
You’re welcome to use it anytime-

The BG and the shadows aren\’t okay, there should only be the character and nothing else

I do like how the contest brings in a new wave of people. The problem is that they\’ll all be here for this one event and leave. It\’d be nice if they stuck around though, because we\’d have some new people to talk with. We should welcome them with open arms anyway

To think that this is all supposed to be in SN, I have to give credit where it\’s due

You turning off comments shows your own insecurity. Though, your own actions have done that plenty already. If you no longer wish to look like a wimp then yeah, turn them on

Well it follows the rules at least, so I\’d say it\’s fine
