Powers:

Teleportation: Whenever he wants, he can warp into another universe and then warp back.

Cloning: He can summon an infinite number of clones of himself to help fight with him from different universes. While the majority of these are identical to him, there are a few that are different and have their own special abilities/powers. All of them, however, can similarly warp in and out of universes on command.

Weaknesses:

Little to no other special powers: Asides from those two things, That Guy is nothing more than a normal human, with no prominent skills in combat.

Focus: He needs to focus quite a bit in order to use his teleportation and cloning, and he needs to individually summon each clone, one at a time. However, the clones can help summon other clones, so once he\’s gotten a few clones, it\’s nearly impossible to stop them from coming.
