Just to clarify I was just following on from what you were saying.
I take it that you are feeling upset with the current situation in life. As are many other people, being indoors as much as we have is becoming detrimental for many peoples mental state. Even for me I struggle in these times.
Something to keep in mind is you’re not alone. We all feel what you feel, it may not be as strong in others but we certainly feel it. Tough times never last. Tough people do.
Try a more pro-active outlook on life. Occupy your mind. If you want more help or want to speak about it i’m listening.
I missed that this may even be something else. I’m willing to listen. Nobody should sit and suffer.
