Well for now we’ll keep an eye on him, if it happens again let @ralph or myself know. Any other mod would also likely be willing to check up on your situation but I’m just throwing my name into the hat exclusively in case they aren’t.
Letting Ralph know given it happens again would be your best bet, for now we’ll look out for him again, pretty sure he was banned before anyway, not much good on his track record so far.
