New update time! Well, this actually happened over the weekend. I’ve just been too busy to make the update posts for it.
Version 1.2.9 of Stick Nodes has been uploaded to all Android markets. Nothing really major, as you can see from the changelog below.
- Added an add frame/delete frame button to the right of the timeline for easier access.
- Some fixes for errors relating to undo/redo.
- Other minor tweaks and fixes.
This version has also already been uploaded to the iOS App Store, so you guys will be skipping 1.2.8 and going right into 1.2.9 as soon as it’s approved (hopefully this week)!

Hey franklin. I get where you’re coming from, but I don’t think I’ll be adding anything to the default loadout of stickfigures that come with the app.
They’re there to give the users a starting place to understand what kind of stickfigures can be made/used with the app and if they want more they’ll have to visit the website. I don’t want to increase the size of the app and pack it full of extra files, you know?
For Android devices, downloading stickfigures is really easy. Apple makes it a little more difficult for iOS devices, requiring the use of iTunes and all, but it’s not too bad either.
Please just add the /dash node/ and that’s all please I beg you I’m trying to make an animation for my art school project please that is all I’m asking for in the next update please its do in 3 weeks please I love this app and I really need to use the dash node its a last resource please I’m begging you I’m a really big fan please dude I need to impress a teacher there with a really good animation please just the dash node that way it won’t be to full please sir

If you go on the effects page you will see a effect called the dash that’s all I need please☺

Oh, I see what you’re asking now. I really want to help you out, but the only way for me to add those into the app is to make a new update with those included, and there aren’t any immediate updates on the horizon. Plus, like I said, I don’t want to add any more stickfigures to the app bundle.
What device do you have? Android or iOS? Did you follow the directions at the top of the https://sticknodes.com/stickfigures/ page? It’s very simple to get stickfigures on Android devices, and relatively simple to do so on iOS too (as long as you have a computer).
Again, I’m really sorry, but I’m afraid that’s the only way to get more stickfigures! Let me know what your trouble is with exactly.
Its just really hard to do it and I can’t take it all I’m asking for is just the one new stick figure please I know I keep among but just that one stick effect it won’t take that much data and this is the only thing I want please its really hard to ask you this dude please for my art evaluation just the dash please I can’t do it and I can’t make the effect please please please!!!!!
Also I doesent matter to me when it comes out my instructor said hell give me an extension on the project a 1 month extension!

Huh.. so what is it saying when you download it? Does it say it’s complete?
If so, go into your downloads/Download folder using an app like Androzip, long press the stick file, select copy, go back, open the Stick Nodes folder > stickfigures, press ‘copy here’
Try that and see how it goes, best of luck!
