Edit (June 26) – This update is now on the iOS App Store as well, so both Android and iOS users are up-to-date with the latest version, 1.5.0! Textfields, textfields everywhere.
What?
A new version!? Yes, yes a new update is finally here. And with this update brings one of the most-requested features, sounds text! Get it on Google Play if you don’t already have it!
You can now add text to your animations. You’ll find a new tool area in the left-side menu when you scroll it all the way to the bottom. Hope you guys enjoy it, it was a bit of a pain to implement but it’s worth it.
More news hopefully coming later this week/early next week.

Oh you still need to fix the iOS text
I’m not aware of any problems? What’s wrong?
In the animation text, it won’t show words
I still don’t understand…
What do you mean in “the animation text”? The new textfields?
And then what do you mean it won’t show words? What does it show?
Sorry, I just really don’t understand. Everything looks in working order to me on all of my devices.
When I type the text, it won’t show the words.
Hmm, well, first you need to select the textfield itself (the box outline will turn red). After, you need to go to the “Textfield Tools” area in the sidebar and type your text there (there will be a field for it). It will automatically appear in the textfield that’s on the animation.
I suspect your just selecting the textfield and expecting the keyboard to show up?
Why cant you ever add mp.4 upload on free version >:(
Sorry, it’s one of the only perks Pro users have. It wouldn’t be fair to take it away from the people who already paid for it and start giving it away free.
Question if you use the same device will your animations and stickfigures be automatically transfered to Pro from Free?
On Android, yes. Stick Nodes Free and Pro use the same /Stick Nodes/ folder on your SD card.
On iOS, no. Each app is automatically assigned its own folder, there’s no way that I know of to share this folder between apps. Apple is a bit more “restrictive” with their devices – same reason its relatively “tougher” to download and add stickfigures to the app.
Sorry about that, but like I said, with Android you’re good.
can someone tell me how to delete sticks that you have made or imported? i have an ipad by the way
Delete them from within a project, after you’ve imported them?
There’s no way to do that at the moment, sorry. For the time being, you’ll just have to “ignore” any unwanted stickfigures that you’ve imported or created (or of course start a new project).
oh ok. in the future can you try to fix that for ios users? 😀
For $5 only.
helll nah hahaaha
is sticknodes desktop out yet if so please send me the link to the download
No, sorry.
Ralph, Is there a way to download Stick Nodes In Windows or Desktop??
No, sorry. Android and iOS only.
So many words ._.
Do you have something against words, HUH?
