Hey guys. Just wanted to put out a quick update. Some things have changed around the site, have you noticed them?

Two new pages
First off, the two biggest additions are the new About Us and User-Created Animations pages!
Check out the About Us page for some insights into just who Sean and I are, maybe have a laugh or two along the way or criticize some of our favorite things.
The User-Created Animations page auto-refreshes every two hours and shows you the latest Stick Nodes videos uploaded to Youtube. To get included in this list just be sure your uploaded video contains the words “Stick Nodes” in the title or the description!
Comments, comments everywhere
I decided to make commenting a competition.
If you check out the lower-left sidebar you’ll notice a new Top Commentators widget. This widget displays the top 10 commentators of the month! You’ll also get a shiny trophy next to your name if you leave 25, 50, or 100 comments. What does the trophy get you? Nothing! Well, bragging rights, I suppose.
Where are the new stickfigures?
I’ve tried to start uploading new stickfigures again, but my database still isn’t playing nice with me, so I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong. Don’t worry, new stickfigures are coming soon so keep checking the Stickfigures page!
Yeah, yeah, that’s all nice – WHERE’S THE IOS SOUNDS UPDATE?
I actually cancelled it, sounds will not be coming to iOS.
I’m kidding. It’s nearing completion and will be done in February. However, it takes Apple at least a week to release and update to an app, so expect it in early March.
But wait, there’s more!
Go check out Sean’s latest post on AnimationAlpha.com!
He’s going to be making weekly posts showing off the greatest Stick Nodes videos of the week! Make sure to use the words “Stick Nodes” somewhere in the title and/or description of your Youtube video so Sean and I can find your animations!

Roar. I plan to make an extremely realistic animation of walking, jogging, running, and hopping. 😀
Do it. Do it now.
😀
K Den
It will be pretty long then. 😀
Step 1 – Believe in yourself.
Step 2 – Continue step 1.
Good. Doit.
What did you use to make stick nodes?
Because I was Planning to make a 3D stick figure kind of thing
(Btw it make take some time)
First off, if this is your first experience with programming, I highly suggest staying away from 3D just for simplicity’s sake.
But Stick Nodes is made in Java, I use the Eclipse IDE and LibGDX as the framework. RoboVM is used to port it over to iOS.
Me and Sean and whoever’s Australian Has the rite to say M8 on memes
But aren’t you both New Zealanders?
Eh, whatever, same thing.
Lmao, you better pray I don’t get the money to come to America.
But you’re Canadian aren’t you Ralph?
Ohhhhh, buuuuuuurn.
You and Rufus are banned. All of New Zealand/Australia is banned.
Good luck enforcing that lololloololo.
Sean and I currently tied at the top 5 comments each.
I’m going to let you think you have a chance a bit, play with you, before I blow you.
Sorry, blow you away.
Lol’d. Pls no.
You have to sleep eventually. Then my comment barrage begins.
Lol no, I’ll be nocturnal for this whole month. Just watch.
Better not be noctural now. I still need my Animation Alpha account.
He need an Animation Alpha account.
Nah, just stick around here on StickNodes.com 😀
Pffft, nah, go to AA. Just forget this place even exits.
BRUH I WANNA SHARE MY ANIMATIONS YOU LITTLE GREEDY.
Alright DmLan, I’ve edited your account for the email address you’re using now, I’ve sent the details to that email.
Why thank you my friend <3
AND CALL MEH FELIX.
You don’t make sense a lot of the time, you know that?
Why?
Great question!
There is nothing wrong in my comment, I just said my real name.
Done.
Oh wait now I get it, you find me weird just because i made a heart, right?
Ralph,I think you need to add a register button. Or you added it already?
Why do you need a register button? It is kind of useless if you ask me. :<
Yeah, there’s no need for a register button, right? Everyone can just type in their name/email/comment and they’re done.
animator, this program can be downloaded to a PC?
You could if you downloaded http://www.andyroid.net/ and installed Stick Nodes that way.
I didn’t know of this, wonder how well it works. I predict lag-fest since the Android emulator that ships with the official Android SDK is a lag-fest, too.
Not sure, haven’t tested it for Stick Nodes, but it’s recommended for 8GB+ and at least an i5.
STARTED ALREADY WITHOUT ME
I don’t know much about specs off the top of my head, but I feel like an i5 is up there.
Nah, it’s pretty common, and there are many types of i5, all of which would do the job.
Basically if you’ve bought a computer or laptop built in the last 3-4 years, you’re bound to have at least this in there.
I GUEES ILL BLOW ALL OF YOU AWAY
Why would you do such a thing?
Who watched gravity falls
Not me, Adventure Time is where it’s at.
