Dio’s time stop is OP
I really like how simple it is, great job Rei Arthur Animation !
Animation is extremely fluid and awesome,
But uh, madara would win. I love jojo, but even with time stop dio can’t beat madara, my guy can not only destroy a multitude of cities simply with his susanoo, but he can literally summon not one, but MULTIPLE asteroids. The only thing that will mess up madara is the fact that he can’t see the stand so his sharingan might be useless trying to predict his stands movements, and his stand donut’ing madara shouldn’t be a problem considering madara has survived Might Guy’s Night Guy kick thingy.
Other than that the animation is extremely well made and I enjoyed it !

Rinnegan gets past that easily, it can detect, locate, and see pretty much anything illusionary.
But yeah Madara smacks DIO, even with time stop he can’t break Susanoo, let alone compete with its destructive power. DIO’s got a road roller, Madara crushes it with a few meteors. Easy dub. Madara’s just too versatile and too busted for him.
