The main control room of an aircraft carrier, or it can even be an HQ of some sort.
Turn on the effects to make all the lights blur at 1.0. (Optional) - You can make the down-light sway back and forth like I did as seen in my Treasure Trove Entry in movieclip.
Remember, if you can't find my figures in the library please note that every one of them has “(VP)” at the end.
