If that was the case you’ve taken what’s a more than likely a private sprite but you’re a terrible liar because that’s the exact same AK stock and magazine on winchie’s AK.
If it’s the case you are still tracing someone’s sprite and is strictly forbidden to do so. Beside I know that magazine is actually mine. I usually put unusual stuff to avoid any piracy to my models so please keep in mind to not publish or sharing anything that is isn’t yours.
