"Charge your soul and let the electrons sing."

The Riskrunner Exotic Submachine Gun is a 41-round Arc-type Submachine Gun that can be found in Exotic Engrams, extremely rare world drops, or the Pain and Gain quest given by Banshee-44.

This weapon has the Exotic perk of Arc Conductor. When hit by Arc damage, your shots will dramatically increase in damage and you will resist Arc damage easier. Kills in this state will reset the 0:05 timer duration.

It's second perk is Superconductor. Shots fired while Arc Conductor is active have a chance to return to the magazine, resetting it back to 41 instantly.
