Just use the blur effect.

HAHAHA THAT’S THE GREATEST IDEA I’VE EVER HEARD

Copy and paste the stickfigure you want to glow, use tint and color it to 100% to any color, and use the blur effect to make the glow work.

for what it’s worth, I *probably* will add glow some time in a future update

blur was a big headache and almost didn’t happen like 3 times I told myself

but eventually I got it working right

glow is much of the same >_>
