Backstory

He used to be JesseBs2 but [Your RHG here] tried to kill him, and left him in a deep dark cave, so he had to make himself into the ultimate weapon using a Tin-can and a PaperClip.

Powers

Can create grenades from the little glowy thing on his hand.
Also can breathe underwater and in space.
