Extra Terrestrial Lifeform Evolto (地球外生命体・エボルト, Chikyūgai Seimeitai Eboruto) is the main antagonist of Kamen Rider Build. He is an alien who possessed Soichi Isurugi (石動 惣一 , Isurugi Sōichi) and caused the Sky Wall Tragedy. He transforms into Blood Stalk (ブラッドスターク, Buraddo Sutāku) and later Kamen Rider Evol (仮面ライダーエボル, Kamen Raidā Eboru).
Black Hole Form (ブラックホールフォーム, Burakku Hōru Fōmu) is Evol's final form accessed by upgrading Cobra Form with the Evol-Trigger. Evol refers this form as "Phase 4" (フェーズ４, Fēzu Fō). This was Evolto's natural form before being sealed by Vernage, and after achieving it once again, he no longer needs to possess a host. Upon regaining this form, Evolto could completely annihilate Earth right away at any time, but let them to continue to exist for his own amusement and agenda.
