Kin is a 14 year old boy who was cursed from birth. This curse eats away at his magic energy and the energy of those around him.

Being a peasant from the nojikorr (Darklands) doesn't help things either, he was placed in an orphanage at the age of one year after his mother had passed away due to unforeseen circumstances.

Now as a teen after being thrown out of the orphanage and onto the street he roamed through a town near to where he grew up waiting for his chance. His ultimate goal is to be accepted into the sorcerer's guild as a high ranking mage and remove his curse which has been ravaging the kingdom for so long.

His journey begins at the capital of the kingdom of Hickorry, the city of Igrizia.
