Its the honest police.

(Sadly the hats do not fit on figure heads and theres a simple way to make it fit.)
(Steps) Make a figure that is a single segment, once done make thickness 0 , add it to a figures head and makeit allign to where it fits and it will be there like it was jointed.)

Since i got the OCCIFER rank i made this because why not?
