Pulse is the second OC I've ever created. I created Pulse to be the exact oppsite of nearly everything my main character is.
Rylo is good at CQC, Pulse sucks at it, but is a way better sniper then Rylo, able to pick off any target within miles meanwhile Rylo isn't that good at long range engagements.
Pulse is better at stealth then Rylo.
Rylo is heavily armoured meanwhile Pulse just very lightly armored, so can't take in as many hits as Rylo.
Pulse has mastered the art of lethal traps meanwhile Rylo just steps in every one of them.
You get the idea, So this new character comes in 2 outfits, and you'll also see the both with seperate arm pieces, also comes with a Model 700, which is the hunting rifle from fallout.
