Megaraptor is actually a Megaraptorian, a family that includes stuff like Megaraptor, Australoventaor,Aerosteon, and Siats. They are actually very distantly related to Tyrannosaurids, being a derived family of Coelurosauria, which covergently evolved features akin to Allosaurids.
