Redd as he is called by the members was formerly an engineer in service of the PFI(prism farm industries)which specialize in prism apple processing and farming, for use in flying machines and military weaponry,most of the technology was classified and so were the blueprints which were stolen by Redd.

Thats why his bounty is the second highest of all the C.O.M members and he is considered a five star criminal to be killed on sight by Steelean military forces with no exceptions.

His role as a C.O.M member is simply to expose weaknesses in steelean military tech
