The Ruby Thorn is the name of the staff wielded by Abigail Crysteffor and after her death, Naeus. It made its debut in We Are the Danger in the hands of Abigail, before being left to Naeus after her death in Just So You Know. Since it came into Naeus' possession, his own sword blade was attached to the top to create a bladed polearm, as seen first in Hard Pill to Swallow.
