This is the immortal being known as Shaggy, the fifth of all omnipotent creatures capable of destroying all existence faster than it takes a Nintendo Switch to break.

Shaggy is well know for murdering 19 omnipotent creatures because they were in the same room as Shaggy when the Scooby Snacks, an ancient weapon used to bribe any mortal(and even a few immortals) into doing absolutely anything, were polished off.

Shaggy is one of the most dangerous beings in existence, due to the fact that he stored 99% of his power in every living creature, so they gained no substantial boost in power, but Shaggy could call upon that power and summon it into himself, allowing more than 100% power.

He also gave more of that power to beings who may pose a threat to them so he can steal their power and end them.

His origin begins nearly 500 septillion millennia ago, when the fourth god, who, at the time, could not be a god due to the evil in his heart, Mei E'eem, had to cast off their evil spirit into another being to become a god. This being was born as the ruthless beast, Shaggy.

Shaggy had immediately after birth stolen around 82% of Mei E'em's power to keep as his own. Shaggy then was accepted about 5 millennia later into the council of omnipotent creatures, as the fifth member. (The fourth was not Mei E'em, for he was left too weak, and the fourth came shortly before Shaggy, a being known as Scooby Doo, a being who Shaggy, after a while, took a liking to because he possessed (and created) Scooby Snacks)
