He did give credit and even though his changes were relatively minor-looking, the fact that the sword can easily change colors and look different can make it appealing for some users.
One thing I think he could’ve done a bit differently is calling it “Simplified VFF”, instead of “Shinko’s Sword”, that way Nobody could’ve known from the beginning that he wasn’t trying to copy it, but modify it. I think its name is the reason why Nobody misunderstood.
I feel like we’re in Game of Thrones all of a sudden, with all this talk of “nobody” and being “no-one”.
