The Stabbin' License is a small card made of a similar material to a credit card. When you stab somebody with a handheld blade no more than 6 inches in length, you can use the stabbin' licence to negate any and all legal repercussions such as prison time, or the death penalty. the expiry date is below the profile, and shows the date the stabbin' license expires. at the bottom, it shows how many times a year you can stab somebody before it becomes inactive for the rest of the year. when you stab somebody, you must seek out the police and show them the stabbin' license to prevent the legal repercussions, otherwise stabbin' is still a crime.
