Normal things to do with a Top hat :
For all yer' classy Stickfigures Or RHGs, use it as a disquise, pull something out of it, or maybe taking a sip of tea in a class ol' mansion of yours.
Abnormal things to do with this Top hat:
Use it as a weapon, making the hat tiny for a big head (*cough cough* Nerds *cough cough*) starting a fight with the hat. Steal some one else's Top hat, bully Sean, try extending the top hat (IF YOU CAN LOL) and setting it on fire in an animation.
