This is my OC
He is 16
He is an amateur ninja

Personality:
He is sarcastic, childish, cunning and witty. He also tends to be Dramatic and at times self-absorbed. He has a complex nature which very few understand why he many say certain comments with also leads him to have no friends. He is also what one calls a Predator or go getter. But in to others he is a try-hard.

Atychiphobia
Philophobia
Taphophobia
Bathophobia

The sais are his Weapon of choice(uses guns when he feels)

He can use an animation jutsu using a scroll to draw up things like missiles, weapons, animals, many forms of himself and etc(like sai from naruto),
He can fire a short range plasma blast from his hand, he also has telekinesis and can use the flash step pretty well
He can also put on his hollow mask when need but only for short burst

In terms of power, he is Mountain level
In terms of speed, he is a sound timer+
