This is just sexy.

Like I want to make an oc that use water just for an excuse to use this effect because of how good it looks.

But it’s not like it’s realistic or anything. Something about it just looks really good

Dont worry I have loads of Qater themed, effects, Backgrounds and ‘OCs’ (I have no idea what that means but I will create cool characters).

You have to use each part of the pack so every frame delete the last part and put the next the closer it is the better it looks
